By using RoomEnvision you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
RoomEnvision is an AI tool that generates room design visualizations from photos you upload. Results are AI-generated visualizations for inspiration only, not professional architectural, interior design or engineering advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information when signing in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Credits and free allowance
Generations consume credits from your balance. Free accounts receive a daily allowance of credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. Unused paid credits do not roll over beyond the limits shown on the pricing page.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the Creem customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Creem's refund policy and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. Content that violates it may be rejected, and accounts that repeatedly violate it may be suspended without refund.
6. Your content
You keep full ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service. Generated results are provided for your use; reselling or redistributing automated outputs at scale is not permitted.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI results may be imperfect, unexpected or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee availability or uninterrupted access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, or where required by law or our payment providers.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
